1. Customer Cancellation Rights 
 
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods, for any reason and without giving any explanation. This is known as the “cooling-off period.”
 
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel by contacting us via email at support@shturl.cc/ or phone at +44 (0)1205 789 246 within the 14-day period. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.
 
2. Return Process 
 
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 calendar days to return the goods to us. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product.
 
3. Refund Timeline & Method 
 
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) used for the purchase. If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s processing times. If the item is faulty, we will also refund the standard delivery cost you paid when ordering.
 
4. Non-Returnable Items 
 
Certain items are excluded from the cancellation right, including:
 
Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable goods
Sealed items that have been opened, where hygiene or health protection applies
